Rat Chromogranin B ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Chromogranin B in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform, a biotinylated anti-Chromogranin B detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Concentration is calculated by reference to a standard curve.

Stated sensitivity is <0.266 ng/ml with a working assay range of 0.625-40 ng/ml. Total run time is approximately 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. In recovery testing (n=5), serum samples showed 80-102% recovery (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81-100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma 80-89% (average 84%).
