Rat Chromogranin A ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Rat Chromogranin A ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Chromogranin A in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with biotinylated anti-Chromogranin A antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The colour reaction is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, and total assay time is 4h 30m.
