Rat Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Receptor 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat CXCR3 (also known by synonyms including C-X-C chemokine receptor type 3, CD183, CKR-L2, CXC-R3, CXCR-3, GPR9, and interferon-inducible protein 10/IP-10 receptor) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an immobilised antibody specific for CXCR3, and detection proceeds via a biotinylated anti-CXCR3 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml and sensitivity is <0.059 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Manufacturer-reported recovery values across samples are: serum 80%-102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81%-100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma 80%-89% (average 84%).
