Rat Catenin Beta 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat beta Catenin in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate to which standards and samples are added; captured beta Catenin is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-beta Catenin Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.065 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Provided components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 × 8 well strips), lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30× Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as indicated; the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
