Rat Carnitine Acylcarnitine Translocase ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat SLC25A20 (Carnitine Acylcarnitine Translocase) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids, with reactivity in rat and detection on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-SLC25A20 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml and sensitivity is <0.087 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Sample recovery from spiked samples is given as 80%–102% for serum (average 91%), 81%–100% for EDTA plasma (average 90%), and 80%–89% for heparin plasma (average 84%), and dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 is reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
