Rat Carboxypeptidase A3, Mast Cell ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative in vitro measurement of rat Carboxypeptidase A3, Mast Cell (CPA3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-CPA3 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of <0.25 ng/ml, a standard curve range of 0.781–50 ng/ml and an approximate total assay time of 4h 30m. Sample recovery has been reported at an average of 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%), with linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
