Rat Carboxypeptidase A2, Pancreatic ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com's Assays and Kits range, this Rat Carboxypeptidase A2, Pancreatic ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Carboxypeptidase A2 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.8 U/L and the assay range is 1.56–100 U/L, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date. The manufacturer's sample data gives an average recovery of 91% for serum (n=5, range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80–89%). Dilution linearity is also reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
