Rat Cannabinoid Receptor 1, Brain ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Cannabinoid Receptor 1 (Brain) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate for colorimetric detection at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The kit has an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.056 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Spiked recovery has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 each), with mean recoveries of 91% (range 80%-102%), 90% (range 81%-100%), and 84% (range 80%-89%) respectively. Dilution linearity has been tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across these sample types.

Components supplied include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers.
