Rat Calumenin ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Calumenin in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-Calumenin detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate. The colourimetric reaction is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The standard curve spans an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.31 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery data (n=5) report 80%–102% recovery (average 91%) in serum, 81%–100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma. Dilution-linearity values for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions are also provided. Kit components include a lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, a 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
