Rat Branched Chain Alpha-Ketoacid Dehydrogenase Kinase ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-BCKDK detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with a TMB substrate read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer, the assay has a range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.043 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4h 30m.
