Rat Bradykinin Receptor B2 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of rat Bradykinin Receptor B2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate on which standards and samples are captured by an immobilized antibody, followed by a biotinylated anti-target antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with the density of yellow proportional to Bradykinin Receptor B2 concentration and quantified against a standard curve.

Reported sensitivity is <0.068 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the complete protocol takes 4 hours 30 minutes. Validation data for serum (n=5) show average recovery of 91% across a range of 80–102%, EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 91% across 81–101%, and heparin plasma (n=5) shows 84% across 80–89%.
