Rat Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor 1A ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor 1A (BMPR1A) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-BMPR1A detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate with TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard assay range is 0.781–50 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of <0.24 ng/ml, and the protocol is completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
