Rat ATPase, Na+/K+ Transporting Beta 3 Polypeptide ELISA Kit

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat ATP1B3 (ATPase, Na+/K+ Transporting Beta 3 Polypeptide) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a biotinylated anti-ATP1B3 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by a colourmetric TMB substrate read at 450 nm. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m.

Reported analytical sensitivity is <0.071 ng/ml with a quantitative range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Reported mean recovery from serum (n=5) is 91% (range 83–99%), from EDTA plasma (n=5) 90% (range 80–100%), and from heparin plasma (n=5) 90% (range 82–99%).
