Rat ATPase, H+/K+ Exchanging Alpha Polypeptide ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat ATPase, H+/K+ Exchanging Alpha Polypeptide (ATP4A) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an immobilised antibody specific for ATP4A, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-ATP4A Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m, with a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml.

Reported recovery (n=5): serum 83–100% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 91–98% (average 94%), heparin plasma 90–99% (average 94%). Dilution linearity (1:2 to 1:16): serum 80–110%, EDTA plasma 70–108%, heparin plasma 79–110%. Supplied items include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 µl), Detection Solution B (120 µl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers, stored between +4°C and –20°C as instructed.
