Rat Atp6ap2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Renin Receptor in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique with a pre-coated microtiter plate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where Renin Receptor is captured by an immobilized specific antibody. Following incubation and washing, a Biotinylated Anti-Renin Receptor Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate. A TMB substrate visualizes the reaction as a blue product that turns yellow after acidic stop solution is added; the yellow intensity is proportional to the Renin Receptor captured in each well. Concentration is calculated from O.D. absorbance at 450 nm read against a standard curve.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/ml and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/ml. It should be stored at +4°C and is intended for research use only.
