Rat ATF6 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat ATF6 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids [S1]. The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate to which standards and samples are added; a biotinylated detection antibody is then introduced to form an antibody-antigen-antibody sandwich complex [S1]. Signal is generated using an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm and concentration interpolated from a standard curve [S1].
