Rat Arginase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative in vitro measurement of rat Liver Arginase. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm, and is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The standard curve covers a product range of 1.56–100 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.61 ng/ml, and the full protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Bound analyte is detected with a biotinylated anti-Liver Arginase antibody and an HRP–Avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and visualised as a yellow product after addition of acidic stop solution.

Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or –20 °C as instructed and used before the stated expiration date. Average recovery is reported at 95% for serum (n=5, range 90–101%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 91–99%) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 90–99%) across the validated sample panel.
