Rat Angiotensin II ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rat Angiotensin II ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Angiotensin II in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with rat samples and is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips for colourimetric detection.

It delivers a product range of 62.5–4000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <24.31 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Quantification is performed by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader and referencing the standard curve.
