Rat Allograft Inflammatory Factor 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative determination of rat Allograft Inflammatory Factor 1 (Iba1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm. The quoted sensitivity is <12.37 pg/ml and the standard curve covers 31.2–2000 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Validated spike-and-recovery values are 80–102% (average 91%) for serum (n=5), 81–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma (n=5). Dilution linearity from 1:2 through 1:16 ranges between 74% and 107% for serum, between 79% and 108% for EDTA plasma and between 82% and 105% for heparin plasma. Kit components include pre-coated microplate strips, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
