Rat Aldolase B, Fructose Bisphosphate ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Aldolase B (Aldolase B, Fructose Bisphosphate) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and employs a biotinylated anti-Aldolase B detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read as absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml and sensitivity is <37 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery in serum was 80–102% (average 91%, n=5), 81–100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%, n=5), and 80–89% in heparin plasma (average 84%, n=5); dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions ranged 74–108% in the same sample types.
