Rat Aggrecan ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Aggrecan in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate format and employs Biotinylated Anti-Aggrecan Antibody with HRP-Avidin conjugate detection, where TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is 0.131 ng/ml with a measuring range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery in serum ranges from 80–102% (average 91%), in EDTA plasma from 81–100% (average 90%), and in heparin plasma from 80–89% (average 84%). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
