Rat Adrenergic Receptor Beta 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat beta 1 Adrenergic Receptor in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.055 ng/ml with a standard range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the complete assay takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery averaged 91% in serum (range 83–99%), 89% in EDTA plasma (range 80–99%), and 90% in heparin plasma (range 82–99%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
