Rat Adiponectin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Adiponectin in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The procedure uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with anti-Adiponectin antibody, a biotinylated anti-Adiponectin detection antibody, and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is <1.36 ng/ml with a working range of 3.12-200 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Validation in serum showed 80-102% recovery, EDTA plasma 81-100%, and heparin plasma 80-89%, with linearity demonstrated at 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions across each sample type.
