Rat Adenosine A1 Receptor ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Adenosine A1 Receptor in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. It runs on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a biotinylated anti-Adenosine A1 Receptor detection antibody together with HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the resulting colorimetric signal is read at 450 nm. Sensitivity is 0.058 ng/ml, the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the total protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported recovery values for undiluted samples (n=5) average 91% in serum, 91% in EDTA plasma, and 84% in heparin plasma. Supplied components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard in two vials, detection solutions A and B (120 µl each), 30X wash buffer (20 ml), sample dilution buffer (45 ml), TMB substrate (9 ml), stop solution (6 ml), and five adhesive plate sealers, with individual storage conditions between +4°C and -20°C depending on the component.
