Rat Actin Beta ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Rat beta Actin ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich ELISA designed for the in vitro measurement of rat beta Actin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate in a colourimetric format read at 450 nm, with captured target detected using a Biotinylated Anti-beta Actin Antibody, HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, in a total run time of 4h 30m.

The kit reports a measuring range of 1.56–100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.64 ng/ml. Spiked-sample recovery was 80%–102% (average 91%, n=5) for serum, 81%–100% (average 90%, n=5) for EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% (average 84%, n=5) for heparin plasma, with dilution linearity demonstrated from 1:2 through 1:16 across the same sample types. Components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as labelled, and the kit must not be used past its stated expiration date.
