Rat 5'-Nucleotidase, Ecto ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat 5'-Nucleotidase, Ecto (CD73) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm, and the full protocol requires 4h 30m of incubation time.

The assay has a stated sensitivity of <0.113 ng/ml and a measuring range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Reported sample recovery values are 83%–100% (average 91%) for serum (n=5), 90%–99% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 91%–101% (average 96%) for heparin plasma (n=5). Dilution linearity has been validated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.

Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the product should not be used past its expiration date. The assay is read on a colorimetric microplate reader and the kit is reactive for rat samples.
