Rabbit Troponin T Type 2, Cardiac ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative in vitro determination of rabbit Cardiac Troponin T in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The format uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-Cardiac Troponin T detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate visualised by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is <6.2 pg/ml and the assay range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery in serum ranged from 80%–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81%–100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma 80%–89% (average 84%); dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was also documented for each matrix. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
