Rabbit Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative in vitro measurement of Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor (TFPI) in rabbit plasma samples using a pre-coated 96-well microplate format. The assay uses a Biotinylated Anti-TFPI Antibody with HRP-Avidin conjugate detection, visualised with TMB substrate, and is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve spans an assay range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <6.6 pg/ml, and the assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery in rabbit serum averages 91% (range 80–102%), in EDTA plasma averages 90% (range 81–100%), and in heparin plasma averages 84% (range 80–89%) across n=5 samples.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
