Rabbit TGF-ß1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rabbit TGF beta 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 4-hour assay runs on a pre-coated microplate and produces a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm, with the intensity of the yellow product directly proportional to the concentration of TGF beta 1 captured in each well.

The working range is 31.25–2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity below 18.75 pg/mL, and the antibody pair is reported as specific for TGF beta 1 with no cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Validated sample dilutions include healthy serum and healthy plasma at 1:2–1:5, and recovery testing across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma yields averages in the low-to-mid 90% range at the dilutions tested.

Supplied components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and antibody dilution buffers, a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers and a foil zip-sealed pouch. The kit is shipped at +4°C with components stored at +4°C (or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual), and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
