Rabbit Selectin, Endothelium ELISA Kit

This quantitative sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro measurement of rabbit CD62E (Selectin, Endothelium) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and follows a biotinylated anti-CD62E antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate protocol; the enzymatic reaction is stopped with acidic solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with CD62E concentration determined against a standard curve. Reported sensitivity is <2.27 ng/ml, with a working range of 6.25-400 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Spike-and-recovery performance is provided for serum (80-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80-89%, average 84%), with dilution linearity reported across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions in each matrix. The kit includes a lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated for individual components.
