Rabbit Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor 1 (PAI1) ELISA Kit is a sandwich-format enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rabbit PAI1 in plasma samples. The assay is configured on a pre-coated 96-well microplate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, and detection is performed colorimetrically using TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the quantitative assay covers a working range of 1.56–100 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 0.68 pg/ml, and the full protocol is completed in 4 h 30 min. Spike-and-recovery has been characterised across three matrices with the following ranges and averages (n = 5): serum 80–102% (mean 91%), EDTA plasma 81–100% (mean 90%) and heparin plasma 80–89% (mean 84%). Dilution linearity has also been verified at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same matrices.
