Rabbit Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor Gamma ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of rabbit Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor Gamma (PPAR gamma) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The working range is 0.156-10 ng/ml and the sensitivity is <0.064 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Average recovery is reported as 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma, with corresponding ranges of 80%-102%, 81%-100% and 80%-89%. Recovery data are provided at sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
