Rabbit PDGF-AA ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rabbit PDGF-AA in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay shows reactivity with rabbit samples and is specific for PDGF-AA, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Standards or samples are added to antibody-pre-coated wells, and PDGF-AA is captured using a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, and TMB substrate; absorbance is then read at 450 nm.

Quantitative results are obtained against a standard curve spanning 31.25–2000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity of <18.75 pg/mL. The complete assay can be performed in approximately 4 hours using a colorimetric microplate reader. The kit is shipped at +4 °C, and components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as detailed in the protocol manual; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
