From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit CCL4/MIP-1 beta ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rabbit CCL4/MIP-1 beta in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay is for rabbit reactivity and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm.
