Rabbit LOX-1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rabbit LOX-1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay shows no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants of LOX-1, and uses a colorimetric detection format read on a microplate reader at 450 nm.

Run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 × 8 well strips, the assay is completed in approximately four hours. The standard curve spans 78.125–5000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of less than 46.875 pg/mL. Reported recovery ranges for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma demonstrate the kit's quantitative performance across these sample types, and linear dilution behaviour has been characterised at multiple dilutions.

Kit reagents include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, sample and antibody dilution buffers, a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers, and a foil pouch. Components are shipped at +4 °C; kit components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed in the protocol manual. Freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
