Rabbit Insulin Like Growth Factor 1 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rabbit Insulin Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF1) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for IGF1, with detection performed colourimetrically at 450 nm on a microplate reader following TMB substrate development. Reported sensitivity is <0.096 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Manufacturer-supplied recovery data give averages of 91% for serum (n=5, range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80–89%).
