Rabbit ApoA1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rabbit Apolipoprotein A I (APOA1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 4-hour assay uses a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric detection at 450 nm. A capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate form a sandwich complex that is visualised with TMB substrate.

The kit is specific for Apolipoprotein A I with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. It covers a working range of 31.25–2000 ng/mL with a sensitivity below 18.75 ng/mL. Validated recovery averages are 96% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 92% for heparin plasma. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing, with validated dilutions of 1:5–1:10 for healthy serum and plasma.

Components supplied include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers, and a foil zip-sealed pouch. The kit is shipped at +4°C and components should be stored at +4°C (or –20°C as instructed in the protocol manual). Avoid freeze/thaw cycles and do not use past the expiration date.
