Rabbit Angiopoietin 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rabbit Angiopoietin 2 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m, with a reported detection range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml.

The kit is suitable for serum and plasma samples, with reported recovery ranges of 80%–102% in serum (average 91%), 81%–101% in EDTA plasma (average 91%) and 80%–89% in heparin plasma (average 84%). Components supplied include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solution A, detection solution B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed. The assay should not be used past its expiration date.
