Porcine Troponin I Type 3, Cardiac ELISA Kit

The procedure uses an immobilised antibody specific for Cardiac Troponin I to capture analyte, a biotinylated anti-Cardiac Troponin I detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate visualised with TMB substrate; absorbance at 450 nm is interpolated against a standard curve to calculate concentration. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed and not used past the stated expiration date.
