Porcine Triggering Receptor Expressed On Myeloid Cells 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1 (TREM1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for TREM1, with the colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Standards and test samples are added to the wells, where TREM1 is captured by the immobilized antibody. After washing, a Biotinylated Anti-TREM1 Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution; the density of yellow is proportional to the amount of TREM1 captured. Sensitivity is 11.7 pg/ml, with an assay range of 31.2–2000 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or −20°C as instructed. Reported average recoveries across tested dilutions are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma.
