Porcine Somatostatin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (cELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine Somatostatin in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate is pre-coated with Somatostatin antigen, and the assay uses a Biotinylated Anti-Somatostatin Antibody in a competitive binding format. Detection is carried out with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a working range of 7.81-500 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <2.74 pg/ml, with a total incubation time of approximately 2 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and components must not be used past the expiration date.
