Porcine Neutrophil Gelatinase Associated Lipocalin ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine Lipocalin-2/NGAL (Neutrophil Gelatinase Associated Lipocalin), this sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is reactive with porcine samples. It is suitable for serum, plasma, or other biological fluids and is performed on a pre-coated microplate platform, with detection by a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm.

The assay has a product range of 1.56–100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.64 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported recovery values are an average of 91% (range 80–102%, n=5) for serum, 90% (range 81–100%, n=5) for EDTA plasma, and 84% (range 80–89%, n=5) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 is reported for serum (74–107%), EDTA plasma (79–108%), and heparin plasma (82–105%).
