Porcine Matrix Metalloproteinase 3 ELISA Kit

The assay is performed on a pre-coated microplate and employs a biotinylated anti-MMP3 detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative sandwich immunoassay has an assay range of 4.68–300 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <1.8 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery ranges are 80–102% for serum (n=5, average 91%), 81–100% for EDTA plasma (n=5, average 90%), and 80–89% for heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%). Linearity has been demonstrated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across the three sample types.
