Porcine Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 Beta ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine MIP-3 beta / CCL19 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses biotinylated detection antibody followed by HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve covers 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <7.4 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m.

Recovery has been evaluated in serum (n=5, 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, 81%-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, 80%-89%, average 84%). Linearity on dilution is also reported for these matrices (serum 87-91% at 1:2, 87-107% at 1:4, 74-101% at 1:8 and 92-97% at 1:16; EDTA plasma 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108%; heparin plasma 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91%). Components supplied include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120µl) and Detection Solution B (120µl), 30X Wash Buffer (20ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45ml), TMB Substrate (9ml), Stop Solution (6ml) and adhesive plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
