Porcine Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com Porcine CCL4/MIP-1 beta (Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine CCL4/MIP-1 beta in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Stated sensitivity is <12.7 pg/ml and the product range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml. Spiked recovery (n=5) was 80-102% for serum (average 91%), 81-100% for EDTA plasma (average 90%) and 80-89% for heparin plasma (average 84%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 was 87-107% for serum, 79-108% for EDTA plasma and 82-105% for heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
