Porcine Luteinizing Hormone ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine luteinizing hormone in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. Following incubation and washing steps, the enzymatic reaction is visualised using TMB substrate, producing a coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
