Porcine Interferon Alpha ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Porcine Interferon alpha 1 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine Interferon alpha 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourmetric detection read at 450 nm on a microplate reader. The standard curve spans 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <6.4 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Components include lyophilised standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated in the manual; the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
