Porcine Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1 ELISA Kit

The reported assay range is 3.12-200 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <1.42 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. In spiked recovery testing (n=5), values were 80%-102% (average 91%) in serum, 81%-100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma, and 80%-89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions ranged from 87-91% to 92-97% for serum, 90-105% to 79-108% for EDTA plasma, and 84-95% to 89-91% for heparin plasma.
