Porcine Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 1 (IGFBP1) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. It is supplied on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a biotinylated anti-IGFBP1 detection antibody with HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colourimetric readout that is read at 450 nm. The reported assay range is 3.12–200 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <1.32 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery performance (n=5) is given as: Serum 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA Plasma 81–100% (average 90%), and Heparin Plasma 80–89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 (n=5) is reported as 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% for heparin plasma.
