Porcine Glutathione S Transferase Pi ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine Glutathione S Transferase Pi (GST3/GST pi) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a biotinylated anti-GST3/GST pi detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative measurement range is 62.5-4000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of 22.8 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m. Reported average recovery is 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions in each sample type.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
